the french film that was remade in the american version -- set in MIAMI -- with those actors Gene Hackman, Robin Williams and another famous actor playing the role of the "showgirl" Albin? did i get that right?

the story about the gay couple : armand is the "man" and Arbin is the "woman" who own a show club and they live upstairs and they have to "make" albin into a "manly" man - because Armand's grown-up son from a long ago fling is coming with his bride to be -- and the bride's parents are coming -- who are all very straigh and conservative?......

and who does a "showGIRL" stint in MIAMI but the Frenchie Richard Gasquet...
