Good for Mardy. We don't have too many Americans even willing to slug it out on clay, and this was a quality win even though Andreev can be streaky.

I'm looking forward to seeing the Murray vs. Monaco match. For the life of me I can't recall who else is playing tomorrow. All the rain and shifting of the schedule is taking it's toll on me.

Wow Caroline's really rockin' that medusa-style! ;)

Nice use of the bold for Mardy's win. The scores with a human point of view, which is part of why I like to read the scores on your blog rather than some official site. Seriously, it's weird how the same news from you and from ATP seems so different. They seem to have a stat-robot writing their news. So thanks!

But I think Zverev over Berdych could get the magic bold marker, too, though.

Woo hoo! Murray lost as I wanted. I'm just not ready for an Andy M surge on clay just yet.

Too bad that Tsonga lost to Gasquet.

Micheal, you're right, but I just never take Berdych seriously anymore so when he loses it's not really an upset to me.

Craig,

You're right about Berdych being up and down. But he's still a good player and it's still a good win for Zverev, who has been fighting through Qaulies lately. I said WOW when I saw his win.

He did beat Ferrer last year, so it's not his best win ever.
