What a fantastic photograph and gesture. Of course, Rafa got the better deal, but how sweet that moment must be for him.

Santana likes to call Rafael:
\"my Rafita"..

lol.

Very sweet indeed!

Absolutely Rafa got the better deal. How gracious and generous of Santana to give Rafa his (I'm sure) cherished raquet. Manolo has been nothing but complimentary towards Rafa, and is obviously proud of the younger man. Great story and photo, thanks, Craig!

Thank you, Craig. I'm sure Santana couldn't have asked for a better person & player to pass down the racquet. Good for Rafaaaa.

Craig, I sent an email to you....when you have a chance. Thanks!

Great photo.

Those wooden rackets look like badminton rackets, lol.

I wish Rafa would use some product in his hair off the court...

actually manolo gave that so everyone could see:

"in our days we used to hit power shots and others with this SMALL HEAVY RAQUET"....

lol.

=========

he can buy from Roger's hair products.

Graf_sampras said...

but he doesn't really need hair products....he can have his hair wild like that...he is good looking the way he is. just natural and not Metrosexual. goodness knows there are ENOUGH of those types of men in the world...who only show how much more venal they are than the ladies...

lol.

Maybe Nike will work on that next, now that they have the sleeves and polo shirts.... (rolls eyes)

One thing! Rafa should wear red more often, what a fantastic color on him.

Vamos!
