Mirka looks like she is about to pop.

karen -- i was surprised too at how WIDE mirka looked.

not exactly "fat" - as in the way a person becomes fat far beyond her bone structure or frame...

but just that her BIGNESS as a woman seems to be so emphasized..truly "matronly" or something like that...i guess that's part of her pregnancy.

She looks like she is carrying twins. She has always been a big girl so I guess that is why she looks wide. I love her glow though and she looks quite regal.

good points, Karen.

i Do like Mirka. she seems to be a very "calming" presence to anyone. that's good for roger.

What did you think of Roger's performance today, Karen?.

i thought he did very well to recover from the first set..and was solid thereafter. he probably has to be sure not to let things slip like that, though.

Morning Graf, I went to sleep right afterwards. I think he played well when he needed to. PHM was playing really good tennis, coming up with some good shots. I never like to see the top seeds cruising in the early rounds, because they will have mental letdowns when it comes to the latter part of a Slam and they will not know how to perform under pressure. Gutting out 2 matches in 4 sets says that he is making in match adjustments, which to me is really good.
