Marius, I agree.Twins are everywhere, esp. one boy and one girl. The newest trend now is for surrogates to carry the celebrity children.

OK here is where I am a bit miffed at the comments of folks here. You do have people who actually get pregnant the natural way, i.e. man and woman sharing a special moment and reaping the rewards of that special moment. In addition, there are a lot of parents who are unable to have children the natural way, hence the Lord has blessed man with the knowledge and capabilities to have children without that special moment happening, i.e. surrogates, adopting, in vitro etc. There is nothing wrong with that. Perhaps because we are living in a celebrity driven world it makes it seem as if people are going about having children the non-traditional way. Not because I am a KAD but to hear Roger tells it, this is something that was planned because this is something that Mirka has always wanted and he himself as well. You could tell that there was a sense of disbelief for both of them when they realised that they were actually pregnant. He said in a press conference that he asked her to do the test again, because he was so dumbstruck that they were actually going to have children. Someone posted elsewhere that the twins were the reason he kept holding up 2 fingers after each victory this year. He was doing it all for his girls. Can you imagine what must have been going through his mind each time he picked up the papers or went on the internet and saw the speculation as to whether it was a boy or girl, knowing full well what it was going to be. I like that he keeps certain aspects of his life personal. Wish that more people in the spotlight would do the same.
Congrats to Roger and Mirka, blessed with twin girls, how wonderful for them!

I've been watching a lot of Roger's matches this year and I don't recall him ever holding up two fingers, it was always one finger as in "I'm number one". Whatever.
Tangi, he actually held up 2 fingers after some of his wins at Wimbledon as I recalled someone here said that when he was No.2, he kept holding up 1 finger and now that he is No. 1 he is holding up 2 fingers - I thought the post was hilarious at the time, still do actually.
