Faces Of The Day

A picture taken by the father of Swiss tennis champion Roger Federer and taken on August 7, 2009 shows Roger Federer (R) and his wife Mirka holding their twin girls at their home near Zurich. Federer said on July 24, 2009 he had become a proud father of twin girls after Mirka gave birth overnight to Charlene Riva and Myla Rose. "This is the greatest day of our lives. Mirka, Myla and Charlene are all healthy and doing very well," Federer said on his website.

Very sweet photo. Bless them and their baby girls.

Hi beth, how you doing? Have not seen you around in awhile. I was asking Craig recently about his little niece who was ill. Craig, if you can tear yourself away from your farm, give us an update please.
I saw the pictures yesterday of Roger's family. Had no idea that the babies were in the hospital for all of 10 days. Disagree with them travelling to Montreal with the babes just out of hospital, but as beth said, bless them indeed.

Hey Karen, how are you? I have been so busy lately...getting ready to move and have very little discretionary time right now. I haven't been following much tennis lately at all. Wish I had watched Legg Mason though. I do agree that it seems a bit early for the babies to travel but who knows, maybe they're traveling with a personal pediatrician or something. It will be nice to see more pictures of the babies in the coming weeks.
